About me

Expert Foot Care

I am Amy Carvell DipFHP, a Foot Health Practitioner based in Horsham, West Sussex. I founded The Healthy Sole to provide professional, convenient and specialist footcare in my local area. I am qualified and trained through the XXXX, fully insured, DBS checked and registered with the Register for Foot Health Practitioners (Reg no 25011702 SMAE Institute).

Founded in 1919, SMAE are the longest running independent provider of training in Foot Health in the UK, with a reputation for excellence in teaching and pastoral support.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure I can provide the best possible care and offer appointments to clients who need them, please review the following cancellation policy:

​

  • 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the appointment cost.

  • Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged the full appointment fee.

  • If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client, and the full fee will still apply.

  • Illness or emergencies: I understand that unexpected situations arise. If you are unwell or experiencing symptoms that may affect your treatment, please contact me as soon as possible. Fees may be waived in genuine circumstances.
